Over the weekend I was happy to revisit my newest favorite dining spot on a beautiful waterfront location in New Haven, CT. Shell & Bones Oyster Bar & Grill is one of many fine dining establishments to participate in this year’s New Haven Restaurant Week. We were treated to a fantastic spread of small bites all of which were amazing beginning with a wonderful Hot Apple Cider w/Brandy to ward off the autumn chill! Always a sucker for well made eggs! How beautiful and detailed are these Red Pepper and Olive Deviled Eggs! They are as delicious as they look. Clam Chowder Fritters on a bed of tangy tartar sauce, very New England-ish!Scallops Ceviche & Tortilla ChipsBeef Satay w/Tahi ChimichurriNo October meal is quite complete without a refreshing Blood Orange Bellini! These are just some of the delicious bites we had created by talented Chef Arturo Franco Camacho (Franco). Shell & Bones Oyster Bar & Grill is offering a fantastic prix-fixe dinner menu priced at $34 (excludes beverage, tax & gratuity) during New Haven’s Restaurant Week which takes place now through November 4th. Reservations are highly recommended!
