Welcome to the end of another work week!
I know it’s warming up outside but living in the northeast means that at any given time during the summer months the temps may drop enough at night to warrant a fantastic hot chocolate, especially if you’re sitting by a bonfire!
- 6 Lindt Truffles of choice
- 2 cups hot milk
- fresh whipped cream
- Heat milk over medium low to almost a simmer being careful not to boil over. Remove from heat.
- Drop three chocolate truffles of your choice into a mug and pour hot milk over them. Stir well until all the chocolate has melted and it's completely blended.
- Top with fresh whipped cream.
The truffles come in an assortment of flavors ranging from hazelnut and peanut butter to orange and mint. My favorite truffle flavor is “raspberry” while my son chose the “sea salt” flavored truffle. As you can imagine, each was amazing!
